BREWISE JOURNEY: "La Literatura a Taula"

08.06.2019

Last Saturday, June 8th, at the Institute, a whole series of Open Doors activities took place with relatives and colleagues relating the two projects that have been carried out this year, Erasmus LI2.0 and Brewise. They were activities that related healthy food and literature, open to family and friends.

The workshops offered were a talk given by the cook Ada Parellada, sensory workshops where attendees palpated, smelled and tasted different Mediterranean products, a literary kahoot where the reward was pieces of fruit, a workshop called The muffins of Proust where he learned to make healthy muffins in the family, different open cultural spaces showing the literary and food culture of different countries, workshops to prepare a healthy breakfast and, finally, for children the storyteller workshop carried out by the students of the Batxibac.

All this culminated with a fideuá accompanied by the music of the student Omar Ferreté and an act of Ivette Nadal.
