SECOND HEALTHY BREAKFAST

We have already organized the second healthy breakfast of the international BREWISE project and it has been a success.

It was an idea proposed from the country of Poland that consists of a homemade hummus with carrots and tahini Treats that are great.

Some students have been summoned at 8:00 in the morning to prepare all the recipes and make the event go great. Peel carrots, grind chickpeas, cut dates, squeeze lemons, stir and stir to create a perfect breakfast.

The recipes are very easy to elaborate:

HUMMUS WITH CARROTS

MATERIALS AND MATERIALS:

-Colander

-Bowl

-Squeezer

INGREDIENTS:

Cheakpeas

Cream of sesame (tahini)

Oil of olive oil

Juice of lemon

-Salt

-Carrots

TAHINI TREATS

MATERIALS :

-Bowl

-Cullera

-Ganivet

-Paper yarn

INGREDIENTS:

-Coco grated

Cream of sesame (tahini)

-Syrop of maple

-Gooseberry

-Seeds of sesame seeds

-Dry datile

-Dried apricots
